One sentence that's almost guaranteed to rile me up is: "We're doing this for security reasons!" (or similar).

Last week, I requested a change of company name on my telecoms account. This is what I sent:

Hi $ACCOUNT_MGR,

Username: *******

I need to change the company name on this account from ********* to DDA . . .
